STUDENTS WELFARE COMMITTEE
The Student Welfare Cell in our college plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of students by addressing their academic, emotional, social, and financial needs. It provides support through counselling, scholarships, mentorship programs, and grievance redressal mechanisms. The cell also organizes workshops, awareness programs, and extracurricular activities to promote a positive and inclusive campus environment, ensuring students' overall development and well-being.
OBJECTIVES
· Address the mental health needs of students.
· Organize workshops or seminars on stress management and emotional well-being.
· Provide a platform for students to voice their concerns or issues related to academics, infrastructure, or college policies.
· Act as an intermediary between students and the administration to ensure fair resolution of issues.
· Support extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural events to ensure the overall development of students.
· Organize career counselling and personal development sessions.
· Work to create an inclusive and supportive campus culture for all students.
· Promote peer support systems such as mentorship programs where senior students guide junior students.
· Collaborate with local organizations or experts for workshops on relevant social issues.
· Work to build a respectful, inclusive, and positive atmosphere on campus.
· Organize events and programs that promote diversity, equality, and a sense of belonging.
