Research Policies Adopted by the Institution
1. A Research Committee functions in the college to encourage and support the research interests of both faculty members and students.
2. Opportunities are provided for faculty and students to engage in research-related activities within the institution and in society.
3. Students are guided, motivated, and supported in preparing, presenting and publishing research papers and projects.
4. The institution actively encourages both faculty and students to undertake research based on various themes and issues emerging in the field of school education, offering them all necessary assistance and cooperation.
5. The college facilities such as the library, science laboratory, psychology laboratory, internet services, and various student clubs are made available for research purposes by faculty members and students.
6. During the school internship programme, students are encouraged to undertake research projects related to their teaching and learning experiences.
7. To ensure the quality of education, faculty members and students undertake action research projects and similar initiatives within the institution.
8. The college organizes seminars, workshops, and orientation programmes two to three times a year to enhance the research skills and competencies of both students and faculty.the college has its own research publication
9. To nurture the research interests of faculty members, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) are conducted within the college, and teachers are also encouraged to participate in similar programmes organized by other institutions, with necessary support provided.
