Placement Cell 

The Placement Cell of Bharatheeya Vidya Nikethan College of Teacher Education (BVNCTE), Kallekkad, Palakkad, plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting teacher trainees as they transition from academic life to professional careers. The cell is dedicated to providing career counseling, organizing campus recruitment drives, and building partnerships with educational institutions for placement opportunities.

Objectives of the Placement Cell 

The Placement Cell at BVNCTE is committed to supporting the professional aspirations of student teachers by achieving the following key objectives:

1. Facilitate Employment Opportunities
   To create platforms for students to secure teaching positions in reputed schools and educational institutions, both within and outside Kerala.

2. Enhance Employability Skills
   To equip students with the necessary skills—such as communication, interview techniques, resume writing, and classroom management—for successful entry into the teaching profession.

3. Career Guidance and Counseling
   To provide personalized guidance and counseling sessions to help students identify suitable career paths and prepare for future challenges in the education sector.

4. Build Institutional Linkages
   To establish strong networks with schools, educational organizations, and academic bodies for internship and placement opportunities.

5. Promote Professional Ethics and Values
   To instill a sense of responsibility, commitment, and professional ethics among student teachers in alignment with the vision of the institution.

6. Organize Campus Recruitment Drives
   To coordinate campus interviews and job fairs by inviting reputed schools and educational recruiters to the college.
